I am Ryan James Johnson, and I’m an individual, an adult human being. I am NOT an artificial person, a prescribed person, a statutory creature, a citizen of the Crown and/or an officer of the Corporation of Canada and I was NOT created by law.

I take breath to breath and eat food to grow, for energy and life. I have a heartbeat, blood, skin, and bones. I have muscle movement and balance. I can see, feel, smell, and hear. I have a soul, consciousness, reason, critical thinking, and thought, and I’m aware of my surroundings.

I was born and dwell on the geographical landmass called North America, controlled by the Crown through the Corporation of Canada and its Acts of Parliament.

The Corporation of Canada and the Crown have recognized, ratified, and built a founding constitution that guarantees, protects, upholds, and “GIVES EFFECT” to my inalienable and intrinsic human rights and fundamental freedoms so I can “ENJOY”;

~ My life, ~ My liberty, ~ My associations, ~ My free choice, ~ My free consent, ~ My natural wealth and resources, ~ My property, ~ My travel,

plus many, many other inalienable and intrinsic human rights and fundamental freedoms that have existed long before the creation of Canada and the Crown.

I respectfully and honourably, in good conscience, do not and will never freely consent to recognition as an artificial person, a prescribed person, a statutory creature, an officer of the corporation of Canada and/or a citizen of the Crown/Commonwealth as this would remove my right to my life, my liberty and my free choice ( plus many, many others ).

I am not a “Resident in Canada” and/or an “Officer of Canada”. I do not hold an office or work for the Corporation of Canada in any way or in any form.

I do not have or hold a Certificate of Citizenship. I’m not in servitude to the Crown or the Commonwealth of Nations.

I only freely and wilfully accept recognition as an individual adult human being, with full legal capacity, separate from the Corporation of Canada and the Crown. A human rights defender by deed, not title.

The only forms of identification I use are my Registration of Live Birth and my Ontario Health Card, which are both officially recognized forms of identification in the Corporation of Canada at the federal level and identifies myself as a human being.

My intrinsic, inalienable, foundational, guaranteed human rights and fundamental freedoms to my life, my liberty, my association, my free choice and consent, ( plus many others) can be found in the Constitution Act 1982 ( the supreme laws of Canada ), The International Bill of Human Rights and the Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
