This lecture is a presentation of my understandings in, and of international law, how I collect officially recognized information and tools of the international and national legal systems.
How I navigate between, constitutional & international laws and how I find jurisdictions, obligations and operations of law.
I will explain the process I'm following to uphold my inalienable natural human rights and fundamental freedoms that are protected for me and an obligation for the crown to recognize, uphold, GIVE EFFECT and to a remedy if these rights and freedoms have been Infringed. ~ Especially the Non-Derogable ones!
